Mr. Zehring replicd this issue could be discussed further without delaying <br /> construction. I <br /> Ms. Walsh requested dircction from Council on thc park dedication fee issue. Mayor Probst <br /> requested Ms. Walsh rescarch options for Welsh to construct the trail in lieu of a cash payment . <br /> for park dedication. <br /> Mr. Zehring requestcd thc final amount bc between $25,000 - $68,000. .. <br /> Mayor Probst suggested adding an additional condition stating approval bascd on agrcemcnt of <br /> thc park dedication fce amount.
