Mr. Zchring stated he was not able to makc this decision immcdiately, but that it sccms <br /> to be a satisfactory arrangemcnt. <br /> Mayor Probst stated for clarification that the park dcdication would bc calculatcd bascd on the . <br /> rcmoval of the conservation casemcnt and thc wctland cascment. <br /> Mr. Zehring stated hc has revicwed Exhibit D for the first timc today. . <br /> Mayor Probst inquired if the park dedication fee issue had to be resolved tonight for this project I <br /> to move forward. Mr. Zehring replicd this issue could be discussed further without delaying <br /> construction. I <br /> Ms. Walsh requested dircction from Council on thc park dedication fee issue. Mayor Probst <br /> requested Ms. Walsh rescarch options for Welsh to construct the trail in lieu of a cash payment . <br /> for park dedication. <br /> Mr. Zehring requestcd thc final amount bc between $25,000 - $68,000. .. <br /> Mayor Probst suggested adding an additional condition stating approval bascd on agrcemcnt of <br /> thc park dedication fce amount. Mr. Ringwald statcd furthcr actions for this project will come . <br /> before Council on Octobcr 14th or possibly on September 29t", and this issuc could be discussed <br /> further at that point. <br /> Councilmember Malonc notcd if the railroad company will not agree to an easement for the 1 <br /> slopc, thc project could bc in trouble. Councilmcmber Malone suggestcd "Approval of Devclopmcnt Agreements Prior to Final <br /> Plat". <br /> Mr. Ringwald suggested "Exccution of Dcvelopmcnt Agrccmcnt Prior to Approval of Final Plat" I <br /> and striking "by City Council". <br /> Mayor Probst asked for suggestions on language for Condition #18.
