<br />I <br /> . , . <br />I <br /> - CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />I RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />I RESOLUTION NO, 97-47 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />I OF THE CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br /> FOURTEENTH STREET NE ROAD AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />I WHEREAS, pursuant to City Rcsolution, competitive bids werc solicited and received for the <br /> Fourteenth Street NE Road and Utility project as set forth in thc bid tabulation attached hereto <br />I and incorporated herein by this rcfcrence; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the amount ofthc bids and the responsibility ofthc <br />I bidders and determined that Lan1etti and Sons, is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />I ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Administrator arc authorizcd and directed to execute, on behalf of <br />.. the City, such contract with Lametti and Sons, as is approvcd by the City Attorney for the <br /> completion ofthe Fourteenth Strect NE Road and Utility Improvement Project according <br /> to the approvcd plans and specifications designated by City Resolution. <br />I 2.
