I The first commercial/industrial permit (# 5637) involved $1,463,857 building shell for the Phase II Dynamark building at 4265 North Lexington A venue. The second . commercial/industrial permit (# 5640) involved a $440,068 the interior build out for the Phase II Dynamark building. The third commercial/industrial permit (# 5643) involved a $2,650,056 new building construction (Planning Case 97-03 - Building E) for CPI at I 4100 Hamline A venue. The fourth commercial/industrial permit (#5646) involved a $90,000 reroofing permit at Bethel College (3900 Bethel Drive). Lastly, the fifth commercial/industrial permit (#5653) involved a $95,700 interior remodel at Northwoods I Office Building (3900 Northwoods Drive) the staff had yet to find out who these tenant improvements are being done for. 2.
