Updating the Master Plan for the NHLC, prior to April 28, 1997; <br /> 11. Work with consultantslneighbors/staffto resolve lighting concerns of the existing <br /> religious symbol; <br />I 12. Community Life Center addition not to be used as a full-time (daily) school under <br /> this application; and <br /> 13. No exterior illumination of the proposed religious symbol on the addition. <br />I D. Updates <br /> 1. Sidewalk. The applicant has modified their plans to include a sidewalk on the <br />Ie west side of the building as required by condition 2 of the Planning Commission <br /> recommendation (Exhibit E, page 12 of 15). However, the access points at the <br /> southwest and southeast comers of the building still require sidewalks to be <br />I extended to them (Exhibit E, page 9 of 15). <br /> 2. Fire access road. The Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department has requested a <br />I fire access road to the west side of the proposed addition. The applicant has <br /> modified their plans to provide a 12 foot wide gravel drive (Exhibit E, page 13 of <br /> 15). <br />I 3. City Engineer's letter. The applicant has responded to the issues raised in the <br /> City Engineer's letter dated March 19, 1997 (Exhibit E, page 3 & 4 of 15). <br /> 4. Landscaping. The applicant has modified the landscape plan to provide the <br />I requested trees at the southwest comer of the building (Exhibit E, page 15 of 15). <br /> The modification is consistent with condition 7 of the recommendation ofthe <br /> Planning Commission. <br />I 5. Temporary truck trailers. The applicant has eliminated the temporary truck <br /> trailers from the plan and has provided space inside the building to accommodate <br /> their storage needs (Exhibit E, page 9 of 15). The modification is consistent with <br />I condition 9 of the recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br /> 6. NHLC Master Plan. The applicant has modified their Master Plan as requested <br /> by the Planning Commission recommendation 10 (exhibit E, page 8 of 15). The <br />I Master Plan provides for three stages. The first stage is the existing development <br /> on the site. The second stage is the development proposed in this Planning Case. <br />it The third stage is an addition to the Sanctuary to increase the seating to 3,000 and <br /> add parking for that seating. <br />. <br />
