The applicant proposes to remove the <br /> two existing driveways and construct one private driveway to New Brighton Road <br /> for all four lots. <br /> The relocated shared driveway on New Brighton Road would require a driveway <br /> permit ti-om Ramsey County. The applicant has indicated that they have approval <br /> for this arrangement from Ramsey County; however, the City has not received an <br /> approved permit. <br /> Section 1130.03 Subd. 14. of the City Code does not pennit shared driveways <br /> outside of a Planned Unit Development (PUD). Furthermore, the City Code <br /> requires all properties to be adjacent to a public right-of-way (Section 1130,07 <br /> Subd. 1), The applicant has submitted a variance to waive these requirements, <br /> which is addressed further in the variance section of this report. <br /> E, Park Dedication, Since this subdivision does result in the creation of two new <br /> residential lots, the park dedication fee applies.
