All blades, buckets, dump boxes, attachments, etc., must be lowered to the <br /> I ground or as low as possible, whenever operator is not at the controls of <br /> their machine. <br /> I 5. Safety legs, bracing arms, blocking etc., must be in place whenever <br /> working under raised equipment; such as plows, buckets, hoppers, etc. <br /> . 6. No person shall run any of the City heavy-equipment without proper <br /> training. <br /> I Q. Floor Grinder <br /> I 1. Safety glasses, goggles or face shield will be used when operating grinder. <br /> 2. Keep shields in place. <br /> Ie 3. Use clamping devices when grinding small pieces. <br /> I 4. Keep area clean of debris and excess grinding residue. <br /> 5. Inspect wheels to make sure wheels aren't cracked or broken. <br /> . 6. Inspect grinder wheels to make sure wheels aren't farther apart from the <br /> guard than 1/8". <br /> I R. General <br /> . I. Sweep floor every day. <br /> I 2.
