<br /> I <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA I <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY -- <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 97-30 I <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOCAL PERFORMANCE AID <br /> I <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.05, provide for Local Performance Aid; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to qualify for this aid, the City must develop a system of performance I <br /> measures in compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 477 A.D5; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City can qualify for aid in 1998 without having this system of performance I <br /> measures in place; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills would like to qualify for Local Performance Aid, I <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Conncil of the City of Arden Hills, I <br /> Minnesota, that the City intends to develop and implement a system of performance measures; <br /> and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City supports the completion of the Certificate of .- <br /> Local Performance Measures for Local Performance Aid Payable in 1998 and this document be I <br /> forwarded to the appropriate state agency. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> ON THIS 9TH DAY OF JUNE, 1997. <br /> I <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR I <br /> ATTEST: I <br /> BRlAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR I <br /> I <br /> -- <br /> I <br /> _____n <br />
