Council <br /> should provide any other suggestions it has related to preparation for this event. I <br /> d. North Heights Lutheran Church. Building Elevations <br /> Staff has continued conversations with North Heights Lutheran Church as to the I <br /> exterior finish to the church expansion. Apparently, there has been some <br /> miscommunication between the church and the City on the type of exterior I <br /> building material to be used on the church. Staff will be seeking City Council <br /> direction on revised building elevations. <br /> e. 1998 Preliminary Budget . <br /> Staff has prepared the first cut of the 1998 Preliminary Budget for City Council <br /> review. The City Council will be asked to provide input on a number of topics I <br /> which will have an effect on the final 1998 Budget. <br /> f. Internet Access Update I <br /> The cable company completed our internal wiring changes necessary to eventually <br /> gain Internet access. The cable company now has to complete the necessary <br /> agreements with the Internet service provider. Staff may have a brief update .. <br /> regarding this topic. <br />2. City Issues - Long Term I <br /> a.
