-----
.. '.
for October. I
Monthly Administration Department Report ..
Page Four
August 15, 1997
2. Request for Proposals (RFP) I
RFP's for engineering services were received on August 15, 1997. Staff
has begun the review process and will prepare for interviews the afternoon .
of September 22, as determined by the City Council at the August 18,
1997 Worksession.
j. Council Priorities .
The City Council has asked for staff to keep them apprised of the workload issues
related to the priorities established at the 1997 Retreat. Those priorities were: .
. Economic Development
. Bricks and Mortar
. Infrastructure .
. TCAAP
Rather than going through in detail on these items this month, I'd like to offer a .
suggestion to the City Council. Rather than discuss a laundry list of items at the
September 15,1997 Worksession, I'd like to propose that we revisit the priorities .-
and discuss the status of each. I think that this would provide an opportunity for
each of us to touch base and see if we have made progress on these topics, or if
any other projects have affected these items. Please let me know what you think. I
BF/sls .
I
.
.
.
.
..
I
