Although its 1995 PCI rating <br />I indicated that it should be overlaid, it would be preferable to reconstruct the <br /> roadway to City standards with concrete curb and gutter, however, <br />I Reconstruction is cost prohibitive at this time. <br /> . Prior Ave. and Jerrold Ave. in the surrounding neighbor hood have been <br /> overlaid within the last two years. <br /> . It is recommended to overlay at this time and reconstruct this street in <br />1 conjunction with Prior Ave. and Jerrold Ave. in the future. It is estimated that <br /> these three streets will be candidates for reconstruction in five to twelve <br /> years. <br />I Sandeen Road: This segment should remain in the proiect. <br /> . Although this roadway does not currently have concrete curb and gutter, its <br />1 unique alignment and high number of driveway accesses make the <br /> incorporation of curb and gutter very difficult. The pavement condition does <br /> not warrant full reconstruction. <br />1 . It is recommended to overlay Sandeen Road at this time as called for in the <br /> feasibility study. <br />Ie Thom Drive: This segment should be removed from the proiect. <br /> . New housing development is scheduled to occur in 1998 along this road <br /> which will generate significant amounts of construction traffic. <br />I . It is recommended to reconsider this roadway at a future date following <br /> housing development. This roadway should also be considered for <br /> reconstruction including concrete curb and gutter to City standards. <br />I Lake Lane: This segment should be removed from the nroicct. <br /> . The City has experienced some problems with sanitary sewer located under <br />I Lake lane. Correction of the sanitary sewer problem may require disturbing <br /> the roadway. <br /> . It is recommended to reconsider this roadway at a future date following <br />I correction of the sanitary sewer.
