If the landscaping does not provide at least 60 percent coverage as viewed <br /> from neighboring residential prpperties, as determined by the City Planner, the City may <br /> require additional landscaping. <br /> 13. Dust and Noise. The applicant shall make reasonable efforts to reduce dust and noise . <br /> during construction. <br /> 14. Construction Activities. The applicant shall comply with Section 630.01 of the City <br /> Code limiting construction times to between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 <br /> am and 9:00 pm on weekends and holidays. However, the City shall reserve the right to <br /> further limit times in which construction may occur if a compliant is received and the <br /> complaint is verified to be a nuisance by the City. <br /> 15. Dumpster Enclosures. The dumpster enclosures shall use Hardie Plank siding that <br /> matches the siding of the office buildings in place of the proposed stucco. <br /> 16. Tree Preservation. The applicant and their contractors shall work with the City Planner <br /> and City Forester to save as many existing, healthy, and well placed trees as possible in <br /> the areas designated as landscape space. <br /> 17. Mechanical Screeninl!. All meehanical operating equipment shall be screened to meet <br /> City regulations. Mechanical equipment shall not be visible from the neighboring <br /> residential areas or the daycare. <br /> 18. Fencinl:!. Decorative fencing shall be ereeted around the pond at the northeast comer of <br /> the property to increase pedestrian safety. The fence shall require a permit and shall not <br /> exceed six feet in height. <br /> 19. Park Dedication.
