Landscape Lot AreaJImpervious Coverage - Meets requirements <br /> The landscape lot area of a property may consist of: naturally vegetated areas, wetlands or <br /> ponding areas, planting beds, ground cover and mulch areas, decorative walkways (not to <br /> exceed 15% of the required landscape lot area), and outdoor recreation areas. Conversely, <br /> the landscaped lot area also determines the aJJlount of hard surface area a property may have <br /> (i.e. 35% landscape lot area = 65% hard surface area). <br /> However, section 6.E.Lc of the Zoning Ordinance states: . <br /> c. Areas less than ten (10) feet in width, or isolated and less than five hundred (500) <br /> square feet in size, shall not be included in landscape area requirements. <br /> Based on this regulation, small areas by the front doors of the office buildings and medians in <br /> the parking lots cannot be included in the overall landscape lot area.
