The monument sign area is proposed to be ten fect long and 33 <br /> feet high for a total of 33 square feet, which is in conformance with the Sign Code. The Sign <br /> Code permits up to sixty square feet for a monument sign in the Neighborhood Business <br /> Distriet <br /> B. Wall Sign Proposal- Not in Conformance with the Sign Regulations <br /> The applicant has proposed a sign plan that would permit each individual office condo to <br /> have one sign that is 2"xlO" (twenty square feet) and is uniform in size, location, and color. <br /> The applicant has also proposed that units 1, 9, 10, and 18, which are end-units facing <br /> Highway 96, be permitted to have an additional twenty square foot wall sign that faces <br /> Highway 96. Finally, the applicant is requesting one sixty square foot sign on the rear side of <br /> units 19-23 that faces Highway 96. At this time, the applicant is anticipating that units 19-23 <br /> will be rented as one office building.
