While conditions I. 3, 5, 19, 20, 27, 29, and 30 apply (0 the final Plat, none of the <br /> conditions impact thc overall layout of the lots in the final Plat. As noted above, a final plat <br /> review process is usually needed because of required design changcs in the preliminary plat <br /> approval; however, that is not the case in this situation. <br /> Jv10st of thc conditions for approval are either ongoing or must be completed before building <br /> pcrmits are issued. The remaining eight conditions that apply to the final plat process are <br /> rcquired (0 be completcd or submitted before the final Plat is filed with Ramscy County. The <br /> eight conditions rclated to the final plat and the status of those conditions is as follows: <br /> L Final Plat. The applicant shall submit an application for a final Plat within six (6) <br /> . months following City Council approval of the POO and Preliminary Plat. <br /> Status: The final Plat was submitted within six months from thc approval of the <br /> preliminary plat, which was approved on August 28th, 2006. <br /> 3. Revised Plans. The applicant shall submit revised plans (hat are in conformance with the <br /> plan review comments from the City Engineer, fire Marshal, and the Building Official <br /> prior (0 approving the final Plat, and any other applicable conditions. <br /> Status: The final Plat is in conformance with the applicable comments from the City <br /> Engineer and the Building Official, which were primarily technical conditions not related <br /> to the layout of the lots. The layout of the lots in the final Plat is in conformance to the <br /> preliminary plat. There were no required ehanges to the layout of the lots in the <br /> preliminary plat approval. <br /> 5. Bvlaws. The bylaws, covenants, deed restrictions, or any similar documcnts shall include <br /> all of the restrictions included in the approved Planned Unit Development.
