Rice Creek Watershed District The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from <br /> the Rice Creek Watershcd District and Ramsey County prior to filing thc Final Plat. <br /> Slalus: The Ricc Creek Watershed District (RCWD) rcviewed the applications from <br /> Royal Oaks and issued a conditional approval pcnding receipt of changes (CAPROC). <br /> The RCWD will be reviewing the requested additional information from Royal Oaks on <br /> September 27,1,,2006. The results from that RCWD meeting should be available at the <br /> Plaruling Commission meeting. The Final Plat cannot be filed with Ramsey County until . <br /> RCWD approves the project <br /> The letter from RCWD does request a letter from the City clarifying which storn1\vater <br /> management features will be maintained by the City. All of the stormwater management <br /> features on the property will be maintained by the office condo association. <br /> 27. Li!!hting Plan. The applicant shall amend the lighting to be in lull compliance with the <br /> City's lighting regulations prior to approving the Final Plat <br /> Slalus: The applicant has submitted a revised lighting plan that is in full confonnance <br /> with the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 29.
