The proposed plat would create one lot, the dedicated Round Lake Road, and three <br /> outlots. The proposed development would occur on the one lot, the outlots would remain as City <br /> property as would Round Lake Road. <br /> Review of a Preliminary Plat encompasses many of the criteria which will already he covered by <br /> the POD/SUP analysis; however plats (and subdivision) also have a slightly longer review <br /> period.
