Please indieate striping and signage on the site plan, <br /> llA. Scrc2ning - Needs additional screening along northern and southeastern edges of the <br /> property <br /> Screening (as stated in section 5A, buffer yards) is required to be a minimum of60% opacity <br /> between this property and the neighboring residential properties to the north. In addition <br /> mechanical equipment is required to be screened from view and dumpsters are required to be <br /> placed within dumpster enclosures. The dumpster is located within the building ofthe <br /> proposed development and therefore is completely screened, The applicant will need to <br /> verify that all mechanical equipment is screened, consistent with Section 6E4j offhe City's <br /> Zoning Ordinanee, including the transformer (shown as site plan note #21). . <br /> Screening of any business or parking lot in proximity to a residential lot (including across <br /> streets) is required to have screening of at least 60% opacity.
