Refer to Owner’s control system programmer for operational description of alarming procedures <br />and notifications. <br />R. Telemetry: <br />1. A watchdog loop shall be provided and signal a communication failure via the SCADA system if it or <br />another PLC fails. <br />2. A cellular alarm dialer is to be provided at the control panel to provide communications to the <br />Owner’s existing SCADA system. <br />3. Provide programming at all sites as needed to incorporate the control system in the existing SCADA <br />system. <br />S. General Requirements <br />1. Restart After Power Failure: <br />a. After a power failure, the control system shall automatically restart equipment in a timed <br />sequence. <br />2. The control system shall be fully operational in manual modes. <br />3. Run times, analytical instruments, levels, flows, equipment run/fail indication, etc. shall be <br />monitored/accumulated/displayed. <br />4. All variables, such as starting sequence, on/off/alarm set points, time delays, etc., shall be operator <br />adjustable via the control system interfaces. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> LIFT STATION OUTDOOR CONTROL PANEL <br />A. Free standing mounted on a concrete pad, low profile, rainproof, Type 3R. <br />B. UL-508, UL-698A rating. <br />C. Stainless steel door-in-door construction. Interior white. <br />D. Panel(s) mounted on 18 inch tall floor stands. Skirt to cover space between floor stands. Material and <br />finish to match the panel. <br />E. Maximum overall height with floor stands is 60 inches. Enclosure width shall be as required. <br />F. Exterior gasketed doors with continuous hinge and 3-point handle-operated latching system. Handle <br />with provisions for padlocking; tumbler type lock is not acceptable. <br />G. Internal doors, painted white with continuous hinge and quarter-turn latches. <br />H. Removable backpanel, painted white and mounted on studs secured to the back of the enclosure. All <br />devices mounted in the panel shall be mounted to this backpanel with the use of DIN rail. Devices shall <br />be removable without the need to remove screws and bolts. <br />I. Control devices and indicating lights mounted on interior doors.
