Provide all programming, wiring, and hardware modifications to transmit, receive, display, trend, <br />report, alarm, and handle the data between the lift stations and the SCADA Master. <br />B. Programming shall be done in a manner consistent with the existing programming and shall include but <br />not be limited to <br />1. Master radio. <br />2. Master PLC. <br />3. Human Machine Interface Software. <br />4. Software Alarm dialer. <br />C. Alarm dialer shall be modified as required to incorporate the new alarms in similar fashion to existing <br />lift station alarms. <br />D. Screens/Reports <br />1. Addition of new Lift Stations to existing map screen. <br />2. Modify existing lift station screens to incorporate new monitoring points, alarms and setpoints. <br />3. Add alarms to SCADA PC alarm dialing software. <br /> SYSTEM TESTING <br />A. All components of the system shall be thoroughly simulated and testing in the control supplier’s facility <br />prior to shipment. <br />1. Contractor shall provide testing approval certification from the panel manufacturer prior to <br />receiving shipment. <br />B. On Site Testing: <br />1. Verify that each instrumentation and control device is wired and operating correctly. Owner <br />control system programmer will provide "online" PLC testing of each field device, and coordinate <br />with Contractor the proper operation of each instrumentation and control device. <br />2. Provide services of a factory-trained person to checkout, test, and commission the system on Site. <br />3. Place equipment into service and provide operation as specified. <br />4. Provide actual activation of each control function and alarm in the system. If actual activation is not <br />possible, the function shall be simulated. <br />5. Record all Changes in the Control Systems <br />a. Revise all wiring diagrams and schematic diagrams to show final installation. <br />b. Insert revised diagrams into each operation and maintenance manual in place of original <br />diagrams. <br /> SYSTEM COMMISSIONING & DEMONSTRATION <br />A. Upon completion of Contractor’s acceptance checks, settings, and tests, the Contractor shall <br />demonstrate that the equipment is in good operating condition and properly performing the intended <br />function. <br />B. Process Engineer will witness operational tests and instruct programmer to adjust setpoints to achieve <br />the operation desired by the Process Engineer. <br />C. Contractor shall have system programmer at site for the commissioning process. <br />D. A minimum of 2-week notice will be provided to the Contractor for scheduling of commissioning dates.
