If Contractor has not completed programing and system tests prior to the system commission and <br />demonstration, Contractor shall reschedule the demonstration at Contractor’s expense. <br /> OPERATOR TRAINING <br />A. System commission and demonstration shall be completed before factory-trained personnel instruct <br />the operating personnel. <br />B. Training shall be not less than two 2-hour sessions. Sessions shall be on 2 separate dates selected by <br />the Owner. <br />C. Training time specified shall be time actually spent at the Site and shall not include travel time. <br />D. Training time does not include startup, testing, demonstration and time used for system modifications. <br /> ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING MODIFICATIONS <br />A. If during construction, Engineer directs control integrations programmer to make changes to the <br />control programing which are not outlined above and Contractor feels additional programming time <br />over and beyond the base bid controls specified above, Contractor shall submit a Change Order <br />proposal for the programming time he/she feels is required to make the suggested modifications. <br />B. Contractor shall not make programming modifications which he/she feels is outside the scope of work <br />unless Contractor’s Change Order has been approved by Engineer/Owner. Work done prior to approval <br />of such Change Order request will not be retroactively awarded to Contractor. <br />C. Contractor shall provide an additional 8 hours of programming time to occur in the field after <br />equipment has been installed, over the base bid programming mount. The unused hours will be <br />credited to Contractor Change Order request forms upon approval of the request by Owner/Engineer. <br />Time not documented in such a manner will not be acknowledged as additional programming time <br />needed and will be considered as base bid programming time. <br /> IDENTIFICATION <br />A. Identify field-installed conductors, interconnecting wiring, and components. <br />B. Provide warning signs as required by the NEC and where noted in the specifications. <br />C. Label each enclosure-mounted control and pilot device. <br />D. Mark up a set of manufacturer's connection wiring diagrams with field-assigned wiring identifications <br />and return to manufacturer for inclusion in Record Drawings. <br /> <br />**** END OF SECTION ****
