<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 98-13 . <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY TRAIL CULVERT, <br /> WHEREAS, the bridge that exists over the wetland crossing is inadequate; and <br /> WHEREAS, the engineering firm of MSAlHRG recommended replacing the wooden bridge <br /> with a culvert and the City's new engineer, BR W, conCLltS; and <br /> \YHEREAS, this is an item budgeted in the 1998 Park Maintenance budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, Plans and specifications need to be drafted in order to obtain price quotes for the <br /> project. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota, that BR W, Consulting Engineers, are hereby ordered to prepare plans and <br /> specifications for a trail wetland crossing culvert. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> THIS 26TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998. . <br /> DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> BRIAN FRITSINGER, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> . <br />
