This notification is <br /> required by State Statute prior to proceeding with a public improvement under a City <br /> contract if the proposed improvements are to be financed in part, or in their entirety, through <br /> the levying of assessments to benefitting properties. Your property is proposed to be <br /> assessed to help finance the cost of the identified improvements. <br /> The Assessment Public Hearing will be held at the time and location shown below: <br /> . Amount to be assessed against the particular parcel <br /> In order to calculate your total assessment and assessed front footage, the City has <br /> analyzed your property for any unique circumstances which may apply and has used <br /> one of the formulas detailed in the Arden Hills Assessment Manual, adopted <br /> November 13, 1990. This manual is available at the Arden Hills Public Library and <br /> at City Hall if you wish to review this document.
