Approval of Minutes The City Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the August 10, 1998 Regular Council Meeting and the August 17, 1998 Council Worksession. 4. Consent CaIcndar a. Claims and Payroll The City Council is asked to approve vendor claims in the amount of $50 I ,022. I I, and payroll for period most recently ended. The Council should note payment to T.A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc, in the amount of $212,464.96 for Pay Estimate #2; to MCES in the amount of$44,71 1.08 for September sewer charges; Arden Hills Development Corp, in the amount of$28,768.50 for Cottage Villas Tax Increment Financing Reimbursement; McCombs Frank Roos Associates, Inc. in the amount of $5,813.50 for Comprehensive Plan work in July; NSP in the amount of$10,347 for undergrounding of utilities within the Gateway Business District; and the City of Roseville in the amount of$135,899.I9 for second quarter water purchases. b. Res. #98-57. Revoking Special Use Permit. 1200 & 1210 West County Road E The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-53 revoking the Special Use . Permit for 1200 and 1210 West County Road E, The City Council previously approved this action without a formal resolution. The applicant has requested a formal resolution be approved for filing purposes. c. Probationary A\lpointment. Department Secretary. Susan Holmes Thc City Council is asked to approve the six (6) month probationary appointment of Susan Holmes as Department Secretary. d. Purchase ofToro Grounds Master The City Council is asked to approve the purchase ofa Toro Grounds Master in the amount of$20,887. e. Authorization to Seek Bids on Demolition of 1450 West Highway 96 The City Council is asked to authorize staff to proceed with a solicitation for proposals for the demolition of 1450 Wcst Highway 96. -
