No significant issues were raised by the <br /> Commission or general public. The two most significant comments were <br /> reviewing the entry area aesthetics and safety, and concem about future <br /> expansion opportunities, <br /> 2. Case #98-20. Kubat. Variances. 3459 Lake Johanna Blvd. <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the rear and side <br /> yard setback variances, <br /> 3. Case #98-21. Site Plan. Ramsey CounQ1 Tony Schmidt Park <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the site plan, <br /> . including parking lot setback variances, subject to conditions, <br /> 4. Case #98-17. McClunl;!". 4326 North Snelling Avenue <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval of the Minor <br /> Subdivision, easement vacation, and variances subject to conditions, The <br /> appIieant has addressed several of these eonditions, <br /> b. Authorizing Feasibilitv Report. 1999 Strcet Improvements <br /> The City Council is asked to adopt Resolution #98-56, ordering a Feasibility <br /> Report in the matter of the 1999 Street Improvement Project This action is <br /> primarily related to sealcoating of streets and right-of-way/easement acquisition <br /> for Snelling and Hamline Avenues. <br /> c. Change Ordcr #3. Fourteenth Street. Lametti & Sons <br /> The City Council is asked to approve Change Order #3 in thc amount of $29,650 <br /> for Lametti & Sons, Inc. Change Order #3 is related to a retaining wall that <br /> needed to be constructed on Gateway Court, The original plans prepared by <br /> Howard R.
