<br /> 2. 3171/3183 Lexington Avenue. The City and the existing and proposed landowner <br />~ continue to work towards a timely resolution of this problem. The tri-party agreement <br /> was signed the week of September 21,1998 and the closing is scheduled for Friday, <br /> September 25, 1998. <br /> 3. 1875 Lake Lane. The owner of the property has essentially completed the clean up of <br /> the interior of the house. However, the stmctural components of the house still require <br /> work so that they do not pose a problem to the public's safety. The property owner has <br /> two people who wish to acquire the property from her. The Staff is hopeful that another <br /> out of court settlement is possible in this case. <br /> 4. 4703 Highway 10 (Big Ten). The Associate Planner has now been with the City long <br /> enough to familiarize herself to the community. Therefore, she is now starting to conduct <br /> some of the code enforccment projects that are outstanding. The owner of the Big Ten <br /> has been notified that all his banners and pennants need to be removed within 30 days <br /> (October 20, 1998) as is required by the Sign Ordinance. Additionally, a determination <br /> was made that the 30 days of temporary signage has been fully utilized. Therefore, no <br /> additional signage will be allowed the rest of 1998. Lastly, the property owner was <br /> provided a copy of the Sign Ordinance for future reference. <br /> 5. US West. The City Staff has met with representatives of US West to try to come to a <br /> mutually agreeable solution on a PCS tower location in the vicinity ofI-35W/I-694. US <br /> West has provided the City with its locational and height requirements for its antennas in <br />e this arca. The City Staff is now evaluating potential sites in this area where a tower may <br /> be appropriate. <br />~ <br />
