2. 3171/3183 Lexington Avenue. The City and the existing and proposed landowner
~ continue to work towards a timely resolution of this problem. The tri-party agreement
was signed the week of September 21,1998 and the closing is scheduled for Friday,
September 25, 1998.
3. 1875 Lake Lane. The owner of the property has essentially completed the clean up of
the interior of the house. However, the stmctural components of the house still require
work so that they do not pose a problem to the public's safety. The property owner has
two people who wish to acquire the property from her. The Staff is hopeful that another
out of court settlement is possible in this case.
4. 4703 Highway 10 (Big Ten). The Associate Planner has now been with the City long
enough to familiarize herself to the community. Therefore, she is now starting to conduct
some of the code enforccment projects that are outstanding. The owner of the Big Ten
has been notified that all his banners and pennants need to be removed within 30 days
(October 20, 1998) as is required by the Sign Ordinance. Additionally, a determination
was made that the 30 days of temporary signage has been fully utilized. Therefore, no
additional signage will be allowed the rest of 1998. Lastly, the property owner was
provided a copy of the Sign Ordinance for future reference.
5. US West. The City Staff has met with representatives of US West to try to come to a
mutually agreeable solution on a PCS tower location in the vicinity ofI-35W/I-694. US
West has provided the City with its locational and height requirements for its antennas in
e this arca. The City Staff is now evaluating potential sites in this area where a tower may
be appropriate.
~
