I-35W Corridor Coalition <br />The Coalition is currently evaluating several projects, including a <br />transportation analysis and community demographics. The next meeting <br />of this organization is January 12th. <br /> <br />Communitv Development <br /> <br />. Fox 29 Tower <br />Staff met with Jim Wychor again this month to discuss the Fox 29 tower and its <br />location. The company is looking at another Arden Hills location and intends to <br />submit application within the next six to eight weeks. Staffwill be meeting with <br />Mr. Wychor again the week of January 11th to discuss more details of the <br />proposal. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Code Enforcement/Nuisance Issues/Complaints <br />City staffhas responded to several complaints and related follow up on each. <br />These include: <br />. Jean Lemberg, 1401 Skiles Lane, woodburning stove complaint <br />. Tiller Lane, neighborhood dispute, number of dogs and feeding ducks <br />. Carlton Drive, concerns about City tree trimming of boulevard trees <br />. 1875 Lake Lane, nuisance abatement <br />. 3173/3183 Lexington Avenue North, nuisance abatement <br />. Steve Nixon, ongoing nuisance abatement observation <br /> <br />. Property Acquisitions <br /> <br />. Indykiewicz Acquisition <br />City staff has met with the various participants on the acquisition of the <br />property from George Indykiewicz. Ramsey County's representative, Jim <br />Tolaas, has agreed in concept to the reimbursement of a portion ofthese <br />costs. Staff will be presenting a recommendation to the EDA on January <br />4, 1998. <br /> <br />Community Representations <br />As City Administrator, I've attended a variety of meetings representing the City this past <br />month, including the League of Minnesota Cities, TUG, I-35W Corridor Coalition, North <br />Suburban Cable Commission, and the Metropolitan Area Managers Association. <br />
