The City Council may wish to <br />consider taking time at each Council meeting for the Council liaison to share the activities of the <br />committee's they are working with. The Council may also consider the requirement that <br />Committee Chairperson's attend the Council Worksession meeting each month to provide an <br />update. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br />The City Council is asked to discuss and provide direction for the 1999 Committee Structure and <br />further direct staff and committee liaisons to inform the existing committee's of any proposed <br />changes. <br />
