<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 10 Utilities <br /> <br />2. Where a building permit for the subject building was issued prior to <br /> <br />January 1, 1973, and the building was not served by an on-lot disposal <br />system, <br /> <br />3. Where the sewer connection permit was issued before January 1, 1973, <br /> <br />and the sewer to which the connection was to be made existed prior to <br /> <br />January 1, 1973. <br /> <br />D. The charge for each building shall be the product of the number of units of <br /> <br /> <br />sewage volume which it will discharge and the dollar figure set forth in a resolution <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by the Council for the year in which the building permit is issued. A unit <br /> <br /> <br />of sewage volume shall be one hundred thousand (100,000) gallons per year and <br /> <br /> <br />shall be assigned as follows: <br /> <br />1. Single-family houses, townhouses and duplex units shall each comprise <br /> <br />one unit; <br /> <br />2. Condominiums and apartments shall each comprise eighty (80) percent <br />of a unit; <br /> <br />3.
