Other buildings and structures shall be assigned one unit for each one <br /> <br />hundred thousand (100,000) gallons of flow or part thereof which it is <br /> <br />estimated they will discharge; <br /> <br />5. Public housing units and housing units subsidized under any federal <br /> <br />program for low and moderate income housing shall be counted as <br /> <br />seventy-five (75) percent of the unit equivalent for that type of housing; <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Administration. The City Administrator shall prepare or revise building permit <br /> <br />or sewage connection permit application forms to provide information necessary for the <br /> <br />computation of the number of units assignable to the building or structure in question, and <br /> <br /> <br />shall collect the applicable charge before issuance of a permit. The City Administrator shall <br /> <br /> <br />make such information available to the sewer board upon request. If upon filing a report <br /> <br /> <br />covering the permit with the metropolitan sewer board, the board determines that a greater <br /> <br />number of units is assignable to the building or structure in question, any additional amount <br /> <br />of cost allocated to the City as a result shall be paid by the person or company to whom the <br /> <br />permit was granted. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Purpose. It is the intention of the Council to impose charges equivalent to those <br /> <br /> <br />adopted by the metropolitan sewer board by its Resolution No. 72-225, adopted December <br /> <br /> <br />6, 1972, but including administrative or service charges as allowed by the sewer board. <br /> <br />10 - 45 <br />
