<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12 Subdivisions <br /> <br />Council shall take action by resolution within thirty (30) days after the public <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />hearing. <br /> <br />B. If the report of the Planning Commission has not been received within <br /> <br />seventy-five (75) days, after referral of saia-~::matter to the Planning Commission, <br /> <br />the Council may act on the preliminary plan without suelt-n&:::report. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Approval and Denial. If the preliminary plan is not approved by the City <br /> <br />Council, the reasons for such action shall be recorded in the proceedings of the Council <br /> <br />and transmitted to the applicant. If the preliminary plan is approved, sueJt.-.M:::approval <br /> <br />shall not constitute final acceptance of the subdivision. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1210.04 Qualifications Governing Approval of Preliminary Plan. <br /> <br />Subd. I Revision. The City Council may require such changes or revisions as it deems <br /> <br />necessary for the health, safety, general welfare and convenience of the City. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Scope. The approval of a preliminary plan by the Council is tentative only, <br /> <br />involving merely the general acceptability of the layout as submitted. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Additional Approval Required. Subsequent approval will be required of the <br /> <br />engineering proposals pertaining, to water supply, storm drainage, sewerage and sewage <br /> <br /> <br />disposal,gas and electric service, grading, gradients and roadway widths and the surfacing · <br /> <br />12 - 14 <br />
