Different connecting street gradients shall be connected with <br /> <br />vertical parabolic curves. Minimum length, in feet, of these curves shall be fifteen (IS) <br /> <br />times the arithmetical difference in the percent of grade of the two (2) adjacent slopes. <br /> <br />Subd. 6 Local Streets. Local streets shall be so aligned that their use by through traffic <br /> <br />will be discouraged. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Street Jogs. Street jogs with centerline offsets of less than one hundred <br /> <br />twenty-five (125) feet shall be avoided. <br /> <br />Suhd. 8 Safe Intersections. It fIlU5t-$B?he evidenced that all street intersections <br /> <br />encourage safe and efficient traffic flow. The angle formed by the intersecting of streets <br /> <br />shall not be less than sixty (60) degrees with ninety (90) degrees preferred. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Alleys.
