Pedestrian ways shall be at least ten (10) feet wide. <br /> <br />1220.05 Easements. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Provided for Utilities. Easements at least twelve (12) feet wide, centered on rear <br /> <br />and other lot lines, shall be provided for utilities where necessary and shall be dedicated <br /> <br />to the City by appropriate language in the owner's certificate. They shall have continuity <br /> <br />of alignment from block to block, and at deflection points easements for pole-line anchors <br /> <br />shall be provided where necessary. All utility lines for telephone and electrical service shall <br /> <br />be placed in rear lot line easements when carried on overhead poles. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Provided for Drainage. Where a subdivision is traversed by a watercourse, <br /> <br /> <br />drainage way, channel or stream, there shall be provided a stormwater easement or <br /> <br /> <br />drainage right-of.way conforming substantially with the lines of suelt--mlitwatercourse, <br /> <br /> <br />together with 511€frMY:further width or construction or both, as wiH-~Ni'U:lbe adequate for <br />storm water run off. <br /> <br />1220.06 Blocks. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Factors Governing Dimensions.
