Blocks intended for commercial, institutional and <br />industrial use must-M$[ibe designated as such. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Length. Block lengths shall not exceed one thousand eight hundred (1,800) feet <br /> <br /> <br />nor be less than five hundred (500) feet in length. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Arrangement. A block shall be so designed as to provide two (2) tiers of lots, <br /> <br />unless it adjoins a rnilroad or limited access highway or lake or backs on other subdivisions <br /> <br />where it may have but a single tier of Jots. <br /> <br />Subd. 5 Pedestrian Ways. In blocks over nine hundred (900) feet long, pedestrian <br /> <br />crosswalks may be required by the City Council in locations deemed necessary to public <br /> <br />health, convenience and necessity. <br /> <br />1220.07 Lots. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Location.
