<br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 12. Subdivisions <br /> <br />B. The subdivision will not involve the opening, widening, or extension of any <br /> <br />public or private street, road, thoroughfare, or highway and will not involve the <br /> <br />dedication, reservation, or construction of any type of public utility; <br /> <br />C. The subdivision will not obstruct future streets which have been planned by the <br />City; <br /> <br />D. The subdivision will not be detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to <br /> <br />adjacent tracts in the area in which the subdivision tract is located; <br /> <br />E. The registered land survey conforms in all respects to the provisions of Section <br />508.47, Subdivision 4 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, the terms of which are <br />incorporated herein by reference, or the survey contains at least the following <br />items : <br /> <br />1 ~ Graphic scale; <br /> <br />2. North-Point; <br /> <br />3. Date of preparation; <br /> <br />4.
