Legal descriptions of the tract as a whole and the resultant parcels; <br /> <br />6. Location, width, and names of all existing or previously platted streets, <br /> <br />roads, thoroughfares, or highways adjacent to the subdivision tract; <br /> <br />7. Location of all monument, stakes, benchmarks, or triangulation stations <br /> <br />in or adjacent to the subdivision tract; <br /> <br />8. Location and size of existing sewers, water mains, culverts or other <br /> <br /> <br />underground facilities within the subdivision tract and to a distance of one <br /> <br /> <br />hundred (100) feet beyond the outer limits of said-~:tract; <br /> <br />9.
