If interviews are necessary then they will be held the week of August 2, 1999. <br />Upon review of the proposals, the City retains the right to further reduce the number of firms for <br />consideration by interviewing the top candidates. The City of Arden Hills is not obligated to <br />enter into a contract, nor is it responsible for any costs associated with the proposals and <br />interviews. <br /> <br />SUBMISSION REOUlREMENTS <br />The proposals should include the following infonnation that will be used in the evaluation and <br />selection process: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND OF FIRM <br /> <br />In this section, present infonnation about your firm such as: size of firm; number of <br />employees by job category (in the Twin Cities); the areas of specialization for which your <br />firm is recognized; and any key features that might set your firm apart. <br />
