City Administrator Hirine Process <br />At the September 13, 1999 Council mecting, the City Council directed each <br />Councilmember to rate the remaining fourteen (14) applicant packages and <br />identify the top five candidates, The Council will discuss and seek consensus as a <br />group on the candidates it wishes to schedule interviews with, Council had <br />previously identified Monday, October 4th and Tuesday, October 5th, 1999 as <br />being acceptable interview dates. <br /> <br />After selecting the five (5) candidates it wishes to interview, Council may also <br />consider if it wishes the interview candidates to complete any additional <br />supplemental application questions to provide further examples of written <br />communication skills, <br /> <br />F :\USERS\SHEILA \COUNCIL \Administrator Comments\ WORKSESS\ W9-20-99 .doc <br />
