Review of all reasonable obtainable federal, state, and local government <br />records for each adjacent facility where there has been a release of any <br />hazardous substance or any petroleum product and which is likely to <br />cause or contribute to a release or threatened release of any hazardous <br />substance or any petroleum product on the real property. <br />c. Analysis of aerial photographs which are reasonably obtainable through <br />federal, state, and local government agencies that may reflect prior use <br />of the real property. <br />d. Interviews with current and/or former employees involved in operations <br />on the real property. <br />e. Visual inspections of the real property, including any buildings, <br />structures, equipment, pipe, pipeline, or other improvements on the real <br />property. <br />f Identification of sources of contamination on the installation and adjacent <br />properties which could migrate to the real property. <br />g. A review of on going or past response actions that have been taken, at, <br />or adjacent to, the real property. <br />h. A physical inspection of property adjacent to the real property, as <br />appropriate, and to the extent permitted by owners or operators of such <br />. property. ' <br />i. A review of the recorded chain of title documents. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Scope of C ITV Support <br /> <br />The CITY shall provide space for meetings convened by the CONTRACTOR in support <br />of the EBS. The CITY shall also provide relevant information on the land transfer and <br />data involving the construction of the new city hall. <br /> <br />HI. Time <br /> <br />This Agreement shall apply to services provided from November 9, 1999 and will be <br />completed by May 5, 2000 or until earlier terminated by the parties pursuant to this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />IV. CosVPayment <br /> <br />A. The itemized cost for the environmental baseline services can be found in <br />Attachment A. <br /> <br />B. CONTRACTORmay submit incremental invoices not to exceed the amount <br />indicated after acceptance of the deliverable( 5) by. the CITY: <br />1. Thirty-five (35) percent submittal $5,243.16 <br />2. Sixty-five (65) percent submittal $6,329.19 <br />3. One hundred (100) percent submittal $3408.08 <br />TOTAL $14,980.33 <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Following execution of this Agreement and receipt of services, payment will be <br />made within 35 days of receipt of a detailed invoice for each deliverable. Interest <br />accrual and disputes regarding payment shall be governed by the provision of <br />Minn. Stat Section 471.425 <br /> <br />e <br />
