<br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-48 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION IDENTIFYING AND APPROVING <br />THE 2000 PAY PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is required to comply with the Local Government Pay <br />Equity Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920 specify the procedure and criteria for measuring <br />compliance; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City's pay plan received notice of compliance in 1997 from the Minnesota <br />Department of Employee Relations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has revised the pay ranges included in this plan for 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found an increase in the City's contribution toward monthly <br />health and dental premiums to be appropriate. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota that the City adopts the 2000 Pay Plan as attached. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City increases the City's contribution toward monthly <br />health and dental premiums by $10.00 for 2000 ($340.00 per month). <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 13 TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1999. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
