Meeting Rooms. <br /> <br />The City shall provide the National Guard with access at no charge to the National Guard to <br />meeting and/or conference rooms within the city hall complex as set out below. The National <br />Guard shall have the right to use meeting and/or conference rooms so long as there is a city hall <br />complex located on the parcel. <br /> <br />A. Monday through Friday: The National Guard shall be permitted to use meeting and <br />conference rooms that are not otherwise reserved for use by the city or others. <br /> <br />B. Saturday and Sunday: The National Guard shall have the right to use meeting and <br />conference rooms as follows: <br /> <br />1. If the National Guard notifies the City at least six weeks in advance of its intent to <br />use meeting or conference room(s) in the city hall complex, the National Guard shall have the <br />unrestricted right to use the identified meeting and conference room( s) in the city hall complex. <br /> <br />2. If the National Guard notifies the City less than six weeks in advance that it <br />intends to use meeting or conference room(s), then the National Guard shall have the right to use <br />the identified room(s) only ifnot previously reserved for use by the City or others. <br /> <br />C. The National Guard shall perform ordinary cleaning of the room(s) it uses, and shall <br />move all furniture in said room(s) to the configuration it was in prior to said use. <br /> <br />V Parking. <br /> <br />The National Guard shall be permitted to use parking facilities at the city hall complex on an <br />as available basis relating to any use it makes of the city hall complex pursuant to this agreement. <br />The city shall be responsible to perform snow removal and other maintenance or repair of the <br />parking facilities at its expense. <br /> <br />VI. Fencing. <br /> <br />The City shall, at its expense install a fence along the north and west boundary of the parcel. <br />The fence shall be constructed and maintained to the following standards: <br /> <br />A. height: 6 feet tall, plus three strands of barbed wire. <br /> <br />B. construction: chain link. <br /> <br />The fence shall be owned by the Department of the Army. The City shall not be responsible for <br />maintaining or repainting the fence, except if it damages the fence. <br /> <br />3 <br />
