The following is a brief description of the document <br />and/or requested action to keep the construction project on track. <br /> <br />Ouit Claim Deed <br />The Quit Claim Deed, along with any changes provided by City Attorney Filla at the meeting, <br />needs to be approved by the City Council; Mayor Probst and City Administrator need <br />authorization to sign the document, as modified by the City Council; and the document returned <br />to the Department of Army for execution. <br /> <br />Unrestricted Ril!:ht-of-Entrv <br />This revised document allows the City to go ahead with complete and full construction. This <br />will provide gap coverage until the final documents are completed and the signed Quit Claim <br />Deed is returned from the Department of Army. The only amendment to this document from the <br />original is that the unrestricted Right-of-Entry document allows all construction activities to take <br />place. <br /> <br />Full Notice to Proceed <br />This Council action will authorize Architectural Alliance to notifY Rochon Corporation to begin <br />all other construction, according to the contract. <br />
