~ . 4, Contractor's Equioment 4.1 The Contractor's vehiclcs shall be marked with the name of the Contractor and the recycling logo. 4.2 The Contractor shall maintain all trucks and equipment in good working condition, The Contraetor's trucks shall be clean and aesthetically pleasing, 5. Contractor's Operation 5.1 The Contractor shall establish and maintain an office with continuous supervision for accepting complaints and customer calls. The officc shall be in service with continuous supervision during the hours of7:00 a.m. until 7 :00 p.m. or until all routes are completed on all days of collection as specified in this Agreement. The address of this office as for the execution of the contract is 875 North Prior Avenue, St. Panl, MN, 55104. . 5.2 Complaints on service will be taken and collected by E-Z Recycling, Inc, The City will notify the Contractor of any complaints it reccives. The Contractor shall respond courteously and promptly. 5.3 Whenever the City or a resident notifies the Contractor of locations which have not received scheduled service, the Contractor is required to service such locations by 3:00 p.m. the day following the missed services. 6, PaYment 6.1 The City will compensate the Contractor for thc collection of recyclable materials from residential units as described in Sections 2 and 3. During this contract, the City will pay to the Contractor $4855 per month, 6.2 The Contractor will submit monthly statements for serviccs rendered as set forth in Section 7, The City shall make monthly payments within twenty (20) days upon receipt of the statement. 7. Filing of Reports 7,1 The Contractor shall submit an accurate monthly summary of the quantity and kinds of all recyclable materials collected and the primary purchaser (s) of the recyclable materials, e
