He recommended <br />approval. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to extend the meeting until 10:30 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to approve purchase order #16934 T. A Schifsky and Sons, Inc. as recommended <br />by Staff. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Pay Request #12, Rochon Constructiou <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch explained Pay Request #12 from Rochon Construction. He noted it had been <br />reviewed by Mr. Post, himself, and the Building Inspector. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to approve payment of Pay Request #12, Rochon Construction as <br />recommended by Staff. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch stated the Councilmembers should have received a request for information regarding <br />what they wanted on their business cards. He asked that the information be returned to him. He <br />furthcr requested the Councilmembers turn in any keys to the old facility. <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch noted staff seeks authorization to advertise openings far the Park, Trails, and <br />Recreation Committee due to a resignation. He added the Vice-Chairman would take over for <br />the last two months of the year until the Council appoints a new Chairman. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to authorize staff to advertise the openings on the Park, Trails, and <br />Recreation Committee, as recommended by Staff. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated the Operations and Finance Committee met this month to discuss a <br />few items with regard to the Public Works Maintenance Facility. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant noted in the minutes of October 15, 200 I Worksession it indicated that <br />staff was directed to include further discussion of the Public Warks Maintenance Facility. He <br />added no update was available tonight. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst responded he was to contact Commissioner Bennett at the County regarding the <br />e Ramsey County Public Works facility. He noted he did not make that contact yet. <br />
