Neither option improves capacity and both introduce conflicts for turning vehicles. 5.3 Location Alternates All of the alignment alternates considered eliminated 90 degree turns providing a continuous east/west route. Also, all the alternates allowed for the installation of traffic signals at the single intersection of County Road I and Lexington A venue. Utilization of this land for road right of way would require a parkland conversion process. The process generally takes 7 to16 months to accomplish. . 3 acres of wetland is impacted. _ _. . Paul Water Utility conduits along County Road I east of Lexington Avenue. .
