Developer shall provide City with a <br />Cenificate of Insurance indicating that Developer is <br />insured for such risks. <br /> <br />(6) Comply with other obligations for TCAAP Site access <br />as may be imposed by the federal government. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />City Oblieations. City shall provide Developer with environmental <br />data which City has for the TCAAP Site or which may be developed <br />as part of the preparation of the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />C. Preparation orLand Use and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />I. Developer Oblieations. Developer shall accomplish the following <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Collect and analyze site data including: <br /> <br />(1) Review of on-base infonnation sources to identify <br />existing conditions. <br /> <br />(2) Perform building inspection, and infrastructure systems <br />surveys including location verification, inventory, and <br />condition evaluation. <br /> <br />-1 <br /> <br />. <br />
