<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Opportunity/Human Rights, and Affirmative Action, and make initial <br />recommendations as to appropriate disciplinary action on a case-by-case <br />basis consistent with the requirements of "just cause" or the criteria <br />specified by State Veterans' Preference legislation. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />LRA Principals will assist subscribers with their preparation of wage and <br />fringe benefit data, provide analyses of interest and grievance arbitration <br />awards involving subscribers individually or collectively, and provide <br />representation in individual subscriber collective bargaining and/or <br />mediation provided the issue(s) involved have potential pattern-setting <br />impact on the bargaining efforts of other subscriber cities. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />A Principal of LRA will provide advice to assist subscribers in their efforts to <br />comply with the requirements established by the State of Minnesota Local <br />Government Pay Equity Act (LGPEA), Minn. Stat. Chapter 471 as <br />administered by the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations (DOER). <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />A Principal of LRA will provide general advice to assist individual <br />subscribers with their preparation of reports or analyses required by DOER <br />or the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (DHR) under the provisions <br />of the LGPEA. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />A Principal of LRA will provide general advice to assist individual <br />subscribers with their preparation of any appeals of findings by DOER or <br />DHR under the provisions of the LGPEA. <br /> <br />h. LRA will serve as liaison to various municipal officials' groups as directed by <br />MAMA. <br /> <br />i. LRA will maintain a data base to include current information for the job <br />classifications of police officer, firefighter, police sergeant (or equivalent), <br />and public works maintenance person (or equivalent). The data base will <br />include Stanton Group V, VI, and VII Cities with the following information: <br /> <br />. Compensation (wage rates, longevity pay, performance pay, lump <br />sum payments and salary steps); <br /> <br />. Level of City insurance contributions for Health and Life with <br />reference to Dental and Long Term Disability if applicable; <br /> <br />. Uniform allowance; <br /> <br />.
