Affected water resources include Wetland #3, PEMC, Type 2/3, Wet Meadow, 0,71 aeres; Wetland #5 PEMB-CIPEMCd, Type 2/3, wet meadow, 0,38 acres; Stormwater management pond, 0,53 acres, The wetland mitigation, stormwater ponding and preserved wetlands will result in significant open spaee in both the western and southeastern portions of the site. Proposed mitigation measures are 2: 1 replacement of impaeted wetland, including on-site ponding. The area of impacted wetland totals 1.09 acres, The replacement required by the Wetland Conservation Act (WCA) is two times the impaeted wetland. The replacement will consist in part of the proposed stormwater treatment basin and the proposed newly created wetland (see attached Grading, Utility and Erosion Control Plan, .. Figure C1.0). The total square footage of replacement proposed is in excess of the ,., replacement required per the WCA rules. The proposed newly ereated wetland will have characteristics of existing Wetland #3 (see attached Wetland Delineation Report, Appendix I, and Existing Conditions Plan, Figure C2,O), Wetland #3 is a PEMC Type 2 Wet Meadow with dominant plant species including Spikerush and Cattail. The proposed new wetland will vary from 1 foot to 6 feet in depth and will be approximately 1.62 acres in area. 13.
