<br />Our intent has always been that, if selected, we will work with City staff to identify the <br />professional firm best qualified to determine the extent of additional clean-up and to <br />design and monitor the implementation of a clean-up plan. We will need to find a firm <br />with extensive expertise in addressing the types of contamination on the TCAAP site, not <br />only because our reputation is at stake, but also because we will be successful in <br />marketing the finished product only if we can assure both commercial/retail users and <br />homebuilders that we have fully addressed all contamination issues. If selected as the <br />City's development partner, we will choose as part of our team a top firm specializing in <br />remedying contamination problems similar to those found at TCAAP. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Thank you for allowing me to make this clarification.
