The vertical blinds arc not recommended for commercial buildings <br />because ofthc high maintenance and limited durability. <br /> <br />I have attached a small sample of the material to demonstrate the visual openness of the vision <br />shade. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends Vision Shades be installed on windows in the City Administrators office, the <br />west open office area, the Deputy Clerks office, the second floor west windows, and the Council <br />Chambers at a cost of$8,169.62.
