ARDEN HILLS CITI COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES MAY 28, 2002 14 Council Member Larson stated he would not support this if it would be a 3-2 vote. He stated if there was not a consensus among the Council then they should discuss this issue further. He indicated this would send the wrong message to the neighborhood. . Council Member Rem stated she would support the Ingerson neighborhood project, but she did have reservations about it. Council Member Grant stated clearly Ingerson was down toward the bottom of the PCI rating. The issue for him was that there were two streets with a combined length of 3800 feet with a PCI rating of 83 and he questioned why they were going to tear up those streets. The City Engineer replied Tiller and Dunlap were not a part of this project and they would not be touched. Council Member Grant stated he did not want to do Edgewater due to connection issues to be addressed by staff, but if they were going to do reconstruction, the Ingerson neighborhood would make sense. MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Larson seconded a motion to continue the Council meeting to 10:30 p.rn. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). . MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member ApIikowski, seconded a motion to approve the PMP Projects for the Ingerson neighborhood and the Mill and Overlay of the Karth Lake neighborhood. Council Member Rem asked if they were approving the PMP or CIP. MOTION: Council Member Larson moved to amend his motion to include the water main utility and storm water utility recommendations as they are a part of the Ingerson neighborhood project. Council Member Aplikowski accepted the amendment. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). ADMINISTRATOR COMMENTS Council Member Grant requested 7B be heard before 7 A. .
